The hourly rate for mediation by one mediator is $150, and $250 for co-mediation.  Payment is required following each session.  A $1,000 retainer may be required where legal assistance is needed to prepare paperwork, and such assistance is charged at $150 per hour.  Fees will be deducted from the retainer.  We provide monthly bills for replenishing the retainer, and there is a discount for prompt payment.  Any unused portion of the retainer will be returned.  Sessions addressing tax issues may be tax deductible.  Most divorces can be resolved in two to five hours of mediation, apart from time for paperwork.

The hourly rate for representation is $225 and there is a $5,000 retainer fee.  Paralegal services are charged at $100 per hour.  Fees will be deducted from the retainer.  As with mediation, we provide monthly bills for replenishing the retainer, and there is a discount for prompt payment.  Any unused portion of the retainer will be returned.
