The free Elbert County Pro Se Clinic helps indigent litigants with Divorce and Post-Decree cases.

The free Elbert County Clinic for Domestic Violence Victims teams a social worker from the Women's Crisis Center and Family Outreach Center with a volunteer attorney to assist with legal and a variety of other support needs for victims of domestic violence.  Interested parties may contact Rebecca Gale, Legal Advocate at (303) 621-2701.
