Faith and Divorce

Divorce is often particularly challenging for a person of faith.

He or she may ask, "Is divorce really an option? Is my faith strong enough to take me through this difficult time? Is this really what God wants for my family?"

While we may not be able to make divorce any less painful, our experience in counseling and religious studies can help us understand what you are experiencing. Apart from law, Jack Harding has done extensive graduate work in counseling psychology, holding degrees in both counseling and two degrees in religious studies. Prior to entering law school, Jack worked as a teacher and elementary school counselor. This experience is vital to both his practice as a counselor at law and as a family law mediator.
